Shooting nails is a nail which is driven into the building body by firing the gunpowder gas produced by empty projectile. It usually consists of a nail with a ring of teeth or a plastic locating clamp.
Using the gunpowder gas produced by firing empty bullets as power, the nail is driven into the building body. The function of the gear ring and the plastic locating clamp is to fix the nail body in the barrel of the nail gun so as not to be sidetracked when firing.
The role of the nail is to shoot the nail into the concrete or steel plate and other substrates, play a role in fastening the connection.
The material of nail shooting is generally made of 60# steel. After heat treatment, the core hardness of the finished product is HRC52-57. Can shoot through Q235 0.8mm-1.2mm steel plate.
